The pretend exchange was shared in a video posted to Duchess Meghan and Harry's SussexRoyal Instagram account and used to announce the Duke of Sussex's next engagement. Taking place Feb. 28, it will see Harry and Jon visit London's Abbey Road Studios, where the Invictus Games Choir will record "Unbroken," a new single written by the rock star to aid the Invictus Games Foundation.
"Hey Harry, how's it going?" Jon Bon Jovi "asks" the prince in his initial "message."
"Hey! I'm good! Just livin' on a prayer!" Harry replies. "What's up?"
"I'm in London on the 28th of February and have an idea... #Invictus," Jon says.
"Nice! Is it you and the band?" Harry asks.
"Just me for now, but don't worry – I've got some back up that I think will work..." Jon cheekily responds.
"Ha! Don't expect me to sing.. BUT I'll give it a shot!" Harry jokes.
Of course, it remains to be seen whether we'll actually hear the Duke of Sussex's vocal talents that day, but we can't wait, regardless!
The engagement is one of Harry's final as a senior royal. He and Meghan will officially step down from their duties on March 31. They have several engagements before then.
We'll also see Harry with Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton on March 6 at the opening of the Silvertone Experience. The day before, he and Meghan will attend the Endeavour Fund Awards and the Mountbatten Music Festival on March 7 at Royal Albert Hall. The Duchess of Sussex will also mark International Women's Day on March 8, though it's not known how yet.
Meghan and Harry have been keeping a relatively low profile since announcing their decision to step down from their senior royal roles on Jan. 8. They have been staying in a Vancouver Island home just north of the British Columbia capital of Victoria since mid-January. Meghan made two visits to Vancouver women's organizations that month.
Earlier in February, the Sussexes flew to Miami to attend an exclusive JPMorgan event in the city. While there, Harry reportedly spoke about being in therapy to help him process the death of his mother, Princess Diana. They were also in California to attend a brainstorming session at Stanford University last week. The meeting was said to be about their plans to create a charitable organization.
