Fans of the Duchess of Sussex should take note: a unique real estate opportunity has come up that could have you living just like the former actress. According to Homes.com the 38-year-old’s former home in Los Angeles is for sale.

The “rare colonial Hancock Park charmer” is listed at $2.4 million and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and was built in 1924.

“Open floor plan downstairs amazing for entertaining. Living room with fireplace opens to dining room and family room. Kitchen with eat in breakfast area,” the listing describes the abode. “Park like grassy yard with porch, al fresco dining area, garage. Spacious, open, and airy in amazing central location!”

According to the Observer, Meghan and her ex-husband Trevor Engelson rented the space shortly before she started appearing on Suits and moved to Toronto. The pair lived in the colonial-style home until they separated.

Meghan lived in Kensington Palace briefly before moving out of London in April, one month before the pair welcomed their first child, Archie Harrison. The couple now live in Frogmore Cottage, located in Windsor’s Home Park, a royal residence they recently renovated and refurbished. The home reportedly includes a green energy unit, which provides them with heat, hot water and electricity. As for Archie’s nursery, the natural and grey-toned room was reportedly decorated with vegan and organic paint from German brand Auro.
